We turn the point cloud of an existing building into a BIM model, plans, sections and elevations.

A commission can start from a scan carried out by us or from a point cloud supplied by the client.

The level of detail is set according to the project. We deliver in PLN, IFC, DWG and PDF formats.

We work in Archicad, CloudCompare, DJI Terra and CoPre2.

How we work

the method, step by step
  1. Data intake

We start either from a 3D scan carried out by our team or from a point cloud supplied by the client.

  2. Point cloud processing

The data are prepared and analysed so that they can be used as the basis for the digital modelling of the existing conditions.

  3. BIM modelling

We build the BIM model of the building from the geometric information in the point cloud, at a level of detail set according to the project’s requirements.

  4. Extracting the documentation

Plans, sections and elevations can be generated from the model, according to the deliverables agreed for the project.

  5. Handover

The deliverables can be supplied in the formats agreed for the project, including PLN, IFC, DWG and PDF.
